SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments will be processed within 1 business day via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
Please note that orders received after 5pm may incur an additional business day of handling time due to our business operating hours and our deep value of family time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It is always our goal and hope that you will fully enjoy each and every purchase that you make with us, however we understand that may not be the case each and every time.
For this reason we do accept returns and exchanges on any purchase within 30 days from date of purchase with these conditions:
- Item is in unused and/or unworn condition
- Item is in original unmolested packaging
- Item has any and all original tags
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
- Customer has performed interpretive return & exchange dance
- Final sale and custom order products are excluded from return & exchange
PLEASE NOTE: We are not heathens, any items received defective will be exchanged or refunded free of charge in as timely a manner as possible.
All Products meeting this criteria are eligible for full refund or exchange value. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days from our receipt of product.
